New baby smell....and all that cuteness in one little sweet newborn.

There is nothing quite like that newborn baby smell. The smell of youth, of new life, of new happiness brought upon a family. There is plenty of happiness for Allison & Aaron. They have an adorable and hilarious 17 month-old son and now a brand new beautiful daughter. I loved visiting my brand new baby niece last Saturday (I mean who wouldn't want to cuddle with a sweet brand new bundle of joy!?). Allison & Aaron wanted photos, in their home, of their new sweet little girl (who was only 1 week old at the time!). Being at home made it comfortable for all, easy to take breaks if baby needed to eat (or big brother got antsy!), as well as easy to capture photos in the baby's nursery (btw...you need to check out the photos of her nursery...WOW!). I loved capturing her sweet newborn details, as well as photos with her mom and dad, with her brother and, of course, some family photos as a family of four.

Congratulations to Allison & Aaron. Here she is!

  1. There is nothing quite like those squishy little newborns! Family lifestyle sessions are the best and you captured this beautifully in their Chicago area home. I love that nursery wall and those plump baby lips!!!
