Celebrating ONE at home...

I had the BEST time heading over to this sweet guy's home in Chicago and capturing him in all his one-year-old funny, sweet, cuddly glory. Home is comfortable. Home is where he can be himself! 

When my sister asked me to come over and catch her little guy in their home, in his element, I jumped at the chance. She didn't want any posed shots, just her boy enjoying his toys, playing, eating, and being ONE! He had a super time because he just got to play and be himself!!!

They have a great playroom by their kitchen with a great big set of windows, perfect for natural light photos. A window is all you need to get great natural light photos.  How happy is this guy? And so photogenic!

These are everyday moments they will treasure forever.  One day. Time frozen.  Even their sweet bloodhoud, Molly, made it in the photo fun.  I love that Molly sat waiting for some food to drop.
